Title 74E. Title 74E: Quarterly Report of Contributions and Expenditures -

Filing time requirements
Each state political party committee, political action
committee and candidate committee shall file a quarterly Report of
Contributions and Expenditures:
(1)  no earlier than January 1 nor later than January 31
for the period beginning October 1 and ending December 31 of the
immediately preceding year;

(2)  no earlier than April 1 nor later than April 30 for the
period beginning January 1 and ending March 31 of the same year;
(3)  no earlier than July 1 nor later than July 31 for the
period beginning April 1 and ending June 30 of the same year and
(4)  no earlier than October 1 nor later than October 31 for the
period beginning July 1 and ending September 30 of the same year.
Except for good cause shown, any committee that files more than
one quarterly Report of Contributions and Expenditures after the
date it is due in any calendar year shall be deemed to have
intentionally failed to file the report in violation of these Rules.
Candidates for election or retention to judicial offices who
are prohibited from soliciting or accepting contributions more than
sixty (60) days after the last election in which the candidate
participated under the Code of Judicial Conduct shall not be
required to file Reports of Contributions and Expenditures following
the expiration of the sixty (60) day period until such time as they
are permitted to solicit and accept contributions prior to the next
filing period under the Code of Judicial Conduct.
