Title 82. Waters And Water Rights: District to establish rules and regulations concerning

labor and materials - Authority to request aid of United States
engineers.
The district may, but without intending by this provision to
limit any powers of the district as granted to it by this act, enter
into and carry out such contract, or establish or comply with such
rules and regulations concerning labor and materials and other
related matters in connection with any project or projects as the
District may deem desirable or as may be requested by the United
States of America, or any corporation or agency created, designated
or established thereby, which may assist in the financing of any
such project or projects.  The district shall have the authority to
request engineering aid of the Corps of Engineers of the United
States Army, the Federal Power Commission, or any other federal
agency, in the designing and construction of any project authorized
under the terms of this act and to use such aid, if and when
offered, and to pay any reasonable cost therefor.
