Title 82. Waters And Water Rights: Remedy for injury by district - Procedure

Except as otherwise provided or authorized by the Conservancy
Act of Oklahoma, any person or public corporation injuriously
affected in any manner whatsoever by an act performed by any
official or agent of a district established pursuant to the
Conservancy Act of Oklahoma, or by the execution, maintenance or
operation of the official plan, pursuant to the provisions of the
Conservancy Act of Oklahoma, may seek relief for such injury.  Any
such remedy shall be subject to the provisions of the Governmental
Tort Claims Act.
