Title 82. Waters And Water Rights: Appeal not to delay proceedings - Appeal by directors -

Waiver by failure to appeal.
No appeal under this act shall be permitted to interrupt or
delay any action or the prosecution of any work under this act.
The board of directors of any district organized under the terms
of this act shall have the right to appeal from any order of the
district court made in any proceeding under this act.
The failure to appeal from any order of the court after the
court acquires jurisdiction of the district in any proceedings under
this act within the time specified herein shall constitute a waiver
of any irregularity in the proceedings, and the remedies provided
for in this act shall exclude all other remedies except as herein
provided. Any person having been awarded damages under the
provisions of this act may demand and receive the amount awarded to
him, as damages without prejudice to his right of appeal from said
award.
