Title 82. Waters And Water Rights: Decree of incorporation filed with Secretary of State

Within ten (10) days after the said district has been declared a
corporation by the court, the clerk of the court shall transmit to
the Secretary of State, and the county clerk in each of the counties
having lands in said districts, copies of the findings and the
decree of the court incorporating said district.
The same shall be filed and recorded in the office of the
Secretary of State in the same manner as articles of incorporation
are now required to be filed and recorded under the general law
concerning corporations and copies shall also be filed and recorded
in the office of the county clerk of each county in which a part of

the district may be, where they shall become a permanent record, and
the county clerk of each county shall receive a fee of Two Dollars
($2.00) for filing, recording and preserving the same, and the
Secretary of State shall receive for filing and recording said
copies such fees as now are or hereafter may be provided by law for
like services in similar cases.
