Weather Modification Revolving Fund.
A.  The Board may, subject to any limitations otherwise imposed
by law, receive and accept for and in the name of the state any
funds which may be offered or become available from federal grants
or appropriations, private gifts, donations or bequests, or from any

other source, and may expend such funds, unless their use is
restricted and subject to any limitations otherwise provided by law,
for the administration of this act for operations and research and
for the encouragement of research and development by a state or
public or private agency, either by direct grant, by contract or
other cooperative means.
B.  All monies received by the Board and derived from all
license and permit fees authorized and contemplated under the
provisions of this act or derived from all additional sources
referred to in subsection A of this section shall be deposited with
the State Treasurer and credited, apportioned and appropriated to a
separate and distinct fund to be known as the Oklahoma Weather
Modification Revolving Fund to be used to enforce, administer and
implement the weather modification powers, duties and
responsibilities of the Board.  The Oklahoma Weather Modification
Revolving Fund herein created shall be a continuing fund not subject
to fiscal year limitations.  No monies shall be paid out of the
Oklahoma Weather Modification Revolving Fund until the claim
therefor has been itemized and verified by the Board and the
Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services as
provided by law.  When so approved, the State Treasurer shall draw
his warrant therefor upon the State Treasurer and the same shall be
paid out of the Oklahoma Weather Modification Revolving Fund hereby
created.
