Title 82. Waters And Water Rights: Records of Oklahoma Water Resources Board open to

The records of the office of the Board shall be public records,
shall remain on file in its office and shall be open to the
inspection of the public at all times during business hours. Such
records shall show in full all lists of vested water rights in the
several stream systems of the state, permits issued, completion of
works reports, together with all actions thereon or decisions of the
Board affecting any rights or claims to appropriate water. Certified
copies of any records or papers on file in the office of the Board
shall be evidence equally with the originals thereof and when
introduced as evidence shall have the same validity as the
originals.
