Oklahoma Code § 80-42

Title 80. United States: Sales to or contracts with dealers using prohibited names

No contract to sell, sale, or any other arrangement concerning
the disposition of any such surplus materials, as defined in the
Surplus Property Act of 1944, shall be made to any individual,
corporation or partnership who or which carries or trades under, or
in any way uses in dealing with the public, or intends to use in
retailing the same, directly or indirectly, any name which includes
the words quoted or referred to in Section 1 hereof; provided,
however that this section shall not apply to any corporation all of
the stock of which is owned by the United States Government, nor
shall it apply to any establishment which, for ten (10) years prior
to the enactment of this act, has utilized any such terms as a part
of its trading name.
