Title 8. Cemeteries: Rights of lot owners in old grounds

When grounds purchased or otherwise acquired for cemetery
purposes have been previously used as a burial ground, those who are
lot owners at the time of the purchase continue to own the same and
are members of the corporation, as hereinafter provided, with all
the privileges the purchase of a corporation confers.
