Oklahoma Code § 78-83.1

Title 78. Trade Marks And Labels: Imported honey - Labeling - Exemptions

No person shall sell, keep for sale, or expose or offer for
sale, any honey as defined by Section 81 of this title which
originates from a country other than the United States of America,
unless there is printed on the package containing such honey a
statement specifying the country from which the honey originated.
Any honey imported into this state in violation of the provisions of
this section shall be subject to confiscation by the State
Department of Health.  Except as otherwise provided by federal law
inventories of honey imported into this state prior to November 1,

1984, from any country other than the United States of America shall
not be required to comply with the provisions of this section.
