Title 74. State Government: Tulsa Race Riot Centennial Memorial Revolving Fund

A.  There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving
fund for the Oklahoma Historical Society to be designated the "1921
Tulsa Race Riot Centennial Memorial Revolving Fund".  The fund shall
be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and
shall consist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Historical
Society from appropriations, donations or any other source and
designated for the purpose set forth in this section.  All monies
accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may
be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Historical Society for the
purpose of commemoration of the centennial of the 1921 Tulsa Race
Riot.  Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued
by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law
with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise
Services for approval and payment.
B.  Any funds in the revolving fund created in Section 8201.2 of
Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes on the effective date of this act

shall be transferred to the 1921 Tulsa Race Riot Centennial Memorial
Revolving Fund.
