Property and machinery exchange authorized. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services is hereby authorized to negotiate with the board of county commissioners, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, to exchange surplus Department of Transportation buildings and properties presently owned by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for property and machinery owned by the Pontotoc County Commissioners, for the purpose of servicing the East Central Oklahoma Health Social Services Center at Ada.
