national and international markets. In addition to other functions and responsibilities of the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and Technology, the Center shall have the authority to work in conjunction with OAME, a private, not-for-profit corporation certified by Oklahoma Futures as qualifying pursuant to the provisions of this act, to foster competitiveness in the national and international markets by small and medium-sized manufacturing firms located in Oklahoma, with a special emphasis on minority business enterprises.
