Disbursements may be made from the Attorney General’s Evidence Fund to the Attorney General upon appropriate voucher and claim for the purpose of paying fees and expenses of a confidential nature. The Attorney General shall retain written receipts for all expenditures so made and promulgate written rules to provide strict accountability for such expenditures. Added by Laws 1965, c. 95, § 2.
