The Benefits Council Administration Revolving Fund is hereby dissolved. Any reference in the Oklahoma Statutes to the Benefits Council Administration Revolving Fund shall be construed to mean the Human Capital Management Revolving Fund. Assets of the Benefits Council Administration Revolving Fund are hereby transferred to the Human Capital Management Revolving Fund. Added by Laws 1992, c. 400, § 8, eff. July 1, 1992.
