Oklahoma Code § 74-1324

Title 74. State Government: Coverage for side effects associated with prostate-

A.  All health benefit plans that are offered by the Oklahoma
Health Care Authority shall provide coverage for side effects that
are commonly associated with radical retropubic prostatectomy
surgery, including, but not limited to impotence and incontinence,
and for other prostate-related conditions.
B.  The Authority shall provide notice to each insured or
enrollee under the plan regarding the coverage required by this
section in the plan's evidence of coverage, and shall provide
additional written notice of the coverage to the insured or enrollee
as follows:
1.  In the next mailing made by the plan to the employee; or
2.  As part of the enrollment information packet sent to the
enrollee.
C.  The Authority shall promulgate any rules or actions
necessary to implement the provisions of this section.
