Title 73. State Capital And Capitol Building: Custody of property belonging to houses of Legislature

The provisions of House Bill No. 76, enacted by the Fifteenth
Legislature of the State of Oklahoma, 1935, shall never be construed
to apply to property belonging to the Senate and to the House of
Representatives, and all property, furniture, fixtures and supplies
belonging to the respective houses of the State Legislature are
hereby declared to be in the exclusive custody and in the exclusive

care and control of the House of Representatives and the Senate as
herein provided for.
