Oklahoma Code § 73-23

Title 73. State Capital And Capitol Building: Violation a misdemeanor - Punishment

Any person who willfully violates the provisions of this act is
guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable by imprisonment in the county
jail, not to exceed one (1) year, or by fine not to exceed Five
Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or both, imprisonment and fine.
