Title 73. State Capital And Capitol Building: Payment of bonds - Rights of holders - Commingling

The Capitol Improvement Authority is authorized to provide for
the payment of such bonds and the rights of the holders thereof as
provided in 73 O.S. 1971, Section 153, for other bonds issued by the

Authority and to accomplish this end is further specifically
authorized to assess and collect such appropriate rental charges as
may be necessary for the payment of such bonds for space occupied in
buildings which have been remodeled or renovated under the
provisions of Section 168 of this title; provided that the bonds
issued hereunder, the income and revenues from the projects herein
authorized, and the expenses of operating such projects shall not be
commingled with the bonds heretofore issued or the income and
revenues of the buildings heretofore built or the expenses of
operating such buildings.
