Oklahoma Code § 73-168.1

Title 73. State Capital And Capitol Building: Payment for lands acquired by other state agencies -

Conveyance of title.
The Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority may pay to any state
agency that has acquired any of the lands described in Section 168

of this title, the cost of such acquisition from bond proceeds; and
title to such land, and to any other land that shall have been
acquired by a state agency for use by the Oklahoma Capitol
Improvement Authority, shall be conveyed by the Office of Public
Affairs to the Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority.  Provided,
that the following described tract of land shall be used by the
Office of Public Affairs as a site for the building to be
constructed from the State of Oklahoma Institutional Building Bonds
of 1965 Fund for the use of the Oklahoma State Library:
A tract of land containing approximately four (4) acres in
Oklahoma City, bounded on the north by Northeast Eighteenth
Street, on the west by Walnut Avenue, on the south by property
owned by the City of Oklahoma City, and on the east by a line
580 feet east of and parallel to the center line of Walnut
Avenue.
Any amount received by a state agency pursuant to the provisions of
this section shall be used to reimburse the fund or funds from which
payment for the land was originally made.  Any amount received by
the Office of Public Affairs may be used by the Office of Public
Affairs for remodeling and renovating the State Capitol, including
equipment.
