Title 73. State Capital And Capitol Building: Agency exercising custody, supervision, and control of work

Except as otherwise provided by law, the custody, supervision,
and control of all work or material required in and about the
Capitol building and the grounds and appurtenances thereof shall be
exercised by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services which
shall make all requisitions for supplies, repairs, or material
required in the heating, lighting, plumbing, ventilation, and
operation of the Capitol building and grounds.
