Title 72. Soldiers And Sailors: Contracts with educational institutions for establishment

The Soldiers Relief Commission is hereby authorized to enter
into contracts with the Board of Regents of any educational
institution in the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education,
subject to the approval of the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher
Education, for the purpose of providing such institution with the
equipment and supplies necessary for the establishment, operation
and maintenance of the Rehabilitation Center for the Severely
Handicapped and for repair and replacement of said equipment and
supplies.  Such contracts shall provide for the establishment of

such training courses as may be determined by the Soldiers Relief
Commission to be necessary for the achievement of the purposes of
this act; and shall provide for administration and operation of the
Rehabilitation Center by the Board of Regents of any Institution
with which such contract may be made, and shall require such Board
of Regents to cooperate with the Veterans' Administration of the
United States and all other state and federal agencies which may be
authorized to provide any funds, services or facilities which will
assist in giving effect to the provisions of this act.
