Title 72. Soldiers And Sailors: Wearing uniform of the United States Armed Forces or

Public Health Service - Punishment.
Whoever, in any place within the jurisdiction of the State of
Oklahoma, without authority as defined in the United States Code,
wears the uniform or any distinctive part thereof or anything
similar to a distinctive part of the uniform of any of the Armed
Forces of the United States, Public Health Service or any auxiliary
of such, with the intent to deceive by impersonating a member of the

Armed Forces or a veteran, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
fined an amount not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or be
imprisoned in the county jail for a period of not more than one (1)
year or both.
