Oklahoma Code § 72-6

Title 72. Soldiers And Sailors: Nontransferability of privileges - Penalty

The privileges granted by this act shall not be assignable or
transferable to or used by any other person or persons except those

persons to whom certificates have been issued as herein provided.
Any person who violates any provision of this act shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than
Twenty Dollars ($20.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).
