Oklahoma Code § 72-356

Title 72. Soldiers And Sailors: Certain state health and medical facilities to cooperate

A.  The Department and the health science centers and other
medical facilities of the University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma
Children's Hospital, University Hospital or the Oklahoma College of
Osteopathic Medicine shall institute a cooperative program to:
1.  Refer veterans to appropriate state and federal agencies for
the purpose of filing claims to remedy medical and financial
problems caused by the veteran's exposure to chemical defoliants or
herbicides or other causative agents including Agent Orange; and
2.  Initiate an education program for health professionals on
the detection, diagnosis and treatment of the symptoms associated
with exposure to chemical defoliants or herbicides or other
causative agents including Agent Orange.
B.  The Commissioner shall adopt rules necessary to the
administration of the programs authorized by this section.
