Title 70. Schools: Criminal penalty

CRIMINAL PENALTY.
A.  An athlete agent who violates Section 14 of this act is
guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a
fine of not less than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) and not more
than Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00), or to
imprisonment not to exceed one (1) year, or to both such fine and
imprisonment.
B.  An athlete agent who violates Section 14 of this act upon a
second or subsequent conviction shall be guilty of a felony and
subject to a fine of not less than Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) and not more than Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($500,000.00), or to imprisonment not to exceed three (3) years, or

to both such fine and imprisonment.  All prior convictions in any
state of acts that would constitute a violation under Section 14 of
this act shall also constitute prior convictions under this section.
C.  Fifty percent (50%) of all fines collected pursuant to this
section shall be deposited in the Attorney General's Law Enforcement
Revolving Fund created in Section 19.1 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma
Statutes.
