Title 70. Schools: Contractual arrangement with medical programs -

Residency Revolving Fund.
The Health Care Workforce Training Commission is hereby
authorized to enter into contractual arrangements with residency

training programs at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine,
University of Oklahoma-Tulsa Medical College, or the Oklahoma
College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, in order to enhance
available funding for the training of primary care residents and to
pay the cost of the salary stipend and expenses of the resident
physician for the period of time spent in the residency programs.
Monies received by the Commission from the participating residency
training program under the provisions of this section shall be
deposited to, and disbursed from, the "Residency Revolving Fund"
hereby created in the State Treasury.  The fund shall be a
continuing fund not subject to legislative appropriation or fiscal
year limitations.  Expenditures from the fund shall be made on
warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed by the
Commission with the Director of the Office of Management and
Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
