Title 70. Schools: Security for home loan mortgages and notes - Transfer to

Permanent School Fund.
It shall be the duty of the Commissioners of the Land Office and
all the officers of this State who have any control or management of
the fund paid to the Corporation Commissioners by the express
companies or other companies as refunds for overcharges, and
escheated to the State as provided in Chapter 10, Session Laws of
1913, the balance of which fund was, under Section 2, Chapter 194,
Session Laws of 1919, being Section 9475, Oklahoma Compiled Statutes
of 1921, placed by said Corporation Commissioners and other officers
of the state having control or management of said fund, in the hands
of the Commissioners of the Land Office, as a security and guarantee
fund of second mortgage and notes sold under said Chapter 194,
Session Laws of 1919, to place said fund to the credit of the
Permanent Common School Fund of the State of Oklahoma, as provided
by Article XI, Section 3, of the Constitution of the State of
Oklahoma, for escheats.
