children. A. No contract for employment of, or related employee information worksheets for, a teacher, administrator or other school district personnel shall inquire of the applicant whether he or she has children or where the applicant plans to enroll his or her children if hired. B. Beginning with the 2013-2014 school year, a school district board of education and administrator shall be prohibited from taking into consideration or making a condition of employment the enrollment status of an applicant's children.
