Title 70. Schools: Comprehensive examination for graduates
Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
The Oklahoma Legislature believes that any student who graduates
from any institution of higher education in The Oklahoma State
System of Higher Education should have a demonstrable knowledge of
basic courses: English composition and comprehension and
mathematics. It is therefore the intent of the Legislature that,
prior to enrollment in upper division classes, each student shall
demonstrate satisfactory achievement by passing a comprehensive
examination. The Legislature commends the Oklahoma State Regents
for Higher Education for initiating the study of how best to
accomplish this purpose.
