Title 70. Schools: Legislative intent

It is the intent of the Oklahoma Legislature to make the best
use of all assets and properties owned by the State Board of Regents
for Higher Education; therefore, the Oklahoma Legislature authorizes
and directs the State Board of Regents for Higher Education to trade
all or part of any properties now owned in Tulsa County within the
innerdispersal loop for any suitable site in northeast Tulsa, to
facilitate a proper and expeditious development of the multicampus
concept for a junior college program.
