Oklahoma Code § 70-3507.1

Title 70. Schools: Alternate name - Regional University System of

Oklahoma.
A.  The Board of Regents of Oklahoma Colleges created by Article
XIII-B of the Oklahoma Constitution shall also be known as, and may
perform official acts and transact official business in the name of,
the Regional University System of Oklahoma.
B.  Whenever the name of the Board of Regents of Oklahoma
Colleges appears in any law, contract, or other document, it shall
be deemed to refer to the Regional University System of Oklahoma.
C.  The name change prescribed in subsection A of this section
shall not affect in any manner whatsoever any legal relationships,
bonds, contracts, supervisory authority by the Board of Regents of
Oklahoma Colleges, title to property, obligations, or any other
phase or aspect of the legal status of the Board for any purpose,
except that the Board shall be referred to as the "Regional
University System of Oklahoma" in all future references to the
Board.
D.  It is the intent of the Legislature that supplies, including
but not limited to existing letterhead shall be utilized after the
effective date of this section until such supplies are depleted.
Any new supplies ordered for use after the effective date of this
section shall bear the name "Regional University System of
Oklahoma".
