Title 70. Schools: Legislative intent - Allocation of funds - Resident dean

It is the intent of the Legislature that the State Regents for
Higher Education shall consider the needs of the branch program
operation in allocating funds to the University of Oklahoma.  It is
further the intention of the Legislature that the Board of Regents
of the University of Oklahoma and the College of Medicine make
appropriate arrangements for administration of the program
authorized herein and prescribed by the State Regents for Higher
Education, including the establishment of a position of resident
dean for the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine - Tulsa who
shall be responsible for providing the leadership and coordination
for administration of the Tulsa program.
