Title 70. Schools: Private educational institutions - Co-ordination with

Private educational institutions may become coordinated with the
State System under regulations prescribed by the State Regents. No
such institution, however, shall receive any financial aid out of
any appropriations made by the Legislature and over which the State
Regents may have control.
