Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
The State Regents and the State Board should cooperate in a
comprehensive review and assessment of the needs, status and
direction of vocational, technical and occupational education in
Oklahoma with the view of preparing a statewide plan for the
orderly, systematic and coordinated development of programs as
deemed necessary to meet the needs of the people of Oklahoma in this
field of education, which state plan should delineate between
educational programs to be offered at the secondary level and those
to be offered at the postsecondary level in order that any
unnecessary duplication or overlap existing will be eliminated and
that such will be avoided in the development of secondary-

postsecondary programs of vocational, technical and occupational
education in the future.
