Title 70. Schools: Research and planning

Research and planning for the further development of higher
education programs is accomplished by the State Regents including
reports relating to enrollments, program operations, admissions,
finances and the like, which are submitted by colleges and
universities to the State Regents as provided by law and regulation,
and information so gathered from these surveys and reports is
analyzed and utilized by the State Regents in evaluating the
progress of Oklahoma higher education and in planning for its future
development, provided that the information will be used by the State
Regents in making reports to the State Board regarding the operation
of those programs for which the State Board provides supplemental
funding and the results of other research will be shared as may be
appropriate and useful.
