Title 70. Schools: Unlawful operation

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle
bearing a special license plate as provided for in Section 5 of this
act on any street, road, or highway in this state for any purpose
other than in connection with any technical education, training,
maintenance, or other similar educational program, or in the
administration of the program.  Violation of the provisions of this
section shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed Fifty Dollars
($50.00).
