Oklahoma Code § 70-21-111

Title 70. Schools: Penalties

Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a

fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than
Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00), or by imprisonment
for a period of time not to exceed thirty (30) days.
