Title 70. Schools: Announcement or advertisement - Punishment

Any person that announces or advertises that he will grant
degrees when said institution has not been granted authority under
the provisions of this act to grant degrees shall be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof, shall be punished for
each offense by a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars
($100.00), or more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or by
imprisonment for not less than thirty (30) days or more than six (6)
months, or by both fine and imprisonment.
