Services - Copy of apportionments. The State Board of Education shall furnish the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services with a copy of the apportionments made from the funds appropriated for each fiscal year to each of the several school districts of the state, and warrants shall be drawn by the State Treasurer against appropriations for each fiscal year in accordance with such apportionments only upon the order of the State Board of Education through the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. The warrants for the payments to the several school districts of any county shall be forwarded by the State Board of Education through the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services directly to the treasurer of each school district.
