rehabilitation center for deaf people. The Oklahoma School for the Deaf of the State Board of Education and the Oklahoma Vocational Rehabilitation Division of the State Board for Vocational Education are hereby authorized to enter into a cooperative agreement that is mutually acceptable to both Boards, whereby an evaluation and rehabilitation center can be established, maintained and operated to serve the deaf and hard-of-hearing citizens of Oklahoma who are fifteen (15) years of age or older at the State School for the Deaf.
