Title 70. Schools: Change of functions and standards of admission

The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education are hereby
directed to study the feasibility of changing the present functions
and standards of admission at the Oklahoma College for Women whereby
both men and women students may be admitted to pursue four (4) years
of study in the liberal arts culminating with the bachelor's degree.
