Oklahoma Code § 7-13

Title 7. Blind Persons: Penalty

Any person, other than a person wholly or partially blind, who
shall carry a cane or walking stick such as is described in this
act, contrary to the provisions of this act, or who shall violate
any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by imprisonment in the
county jail not exceeding three (3) months, or by fine not exceeding
One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), or by both such fine and
imprisonment.
