Title 69. Roads, Bridges, And Ferries: Surveys - Lawful to cross premises

For the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of Sections
704 and 705, it shall be lawful for all persons employed in the
making of the topographic survey to enter upon and cross all lands
within the state; provided, however, that in so doing no damage
shall be done to private property.
