Oklahoma Code § 69-625

Title 69. Roads, Bridges, And Ferries: Bond of county engineer

Before entering upon the performance of his duties the county
engineer shall execute and deliver to the board of county
commissioners a bond in such sum as may be fixed by the board of
county commissioners with sufficient surety to be approved by the
board, conditioned upon the faithful performance of his duties as
such engineer, and that he will account for and deliver to his
successor in office, at the expiration of his term, all books,
papers and other property belonging to the county.
