Title 69. Roads, Bridges, And Ferries: Contracts for bridges with public service corporations

Any public service corporation organized under the laws of the
State of Oklahoma may jointly contract with any municipality,
county, or citizen of same, for the joint construction, maintenance,
ownership and use of any bridge or bridge approaches over and across
any stream, river, or creek, and any such public service corporation
may contract with any municipality or county for the purchase of
such bridge and for the joint ownership and use thereof by the
public service corporation and the public; and the several parties
so interested may contract and set aside the part of such bridge or
bridges and approaches to be used or maintained by each, and such
municipality or county may issue and sell bonds, or levy taxes, to
pay for construction or purchase of such bridge or bridges, or
interest therein, the same as bonds are issued or taxes levied for
other bridge purposes.
