parks and state-owned institutions with certain highways or streets
- Roads within boundaries of state parks and memorials.
(a) The Commission, at its discretion, may designate and
maintain as a part of the State Highway System any roads connecting
public use areas, state parks, national parks and state-owned
institutions of the State of Oklahoma with federal highways, state
highways, county highways or municipal streets where the right-of-
way for the roads has been obtained and title thereto is in the
State of Oklahoma or any agency thereof; and the Commission shall
construct or maintain roads and highways within the boundaries of
state parks and memorials.
(b) The Commission may use any state highway funds for the
purpose of constructing, repairing and maintaining such roads.
