Title 69. Roads, Bridges, And Ferries: Oath of office

Each member of the Commission and every employee of the
Department shall, before entering upon the duties of his office or
employment, take and subscribe to an oath or affirmation to support
the Constitution of the United States and of the State of Oklahoma,
and to discharge faithfully and honestly the duties of such office
or employment.  Any officer or employee who shall violate the
provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and
such violation shall be cause for removal.
