Oklahoma Code § 69-1801

Title 69. Roads, Bridges, And Ferries: Penalties for misdemeanor

(a) It is a misdemeanor for any person to violate any of the
provisions of this Code unless such violation is by this Code or
other law of this state declared to be a felony.
(b) Every person convicted of a misdemeanor for a violation of
any of the provisions of this Code for which another penalty is not
provided in this Code shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of

not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars
($100.00), or by imprisonment for not more than ten (10) days, or by
both such fine and imprisonment.
