The bridge crossing over Polecat Creek on U.S. Highway 75A south of Sapulpa in Creek County shall be designated as the "Trooper Larry L. Hillyard Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge.
